This policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit this site. The desk is the operator. Equal housing. You can opt out at any time.

When you visit the site we automatically collect device information: browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies on your device. We also collect information you type into a tour form, an email field, or a message to the desk: name, email, phone, and what you asked to see.

How we use it

We use device information to run the site, to screen for fraud, and to understand how people find the homes. We use what you type to book a tour, to answer the inbox, and to send facts on the place. We do not sell it.

Sharing

We share personal information with third parties only to run the site. Analytics may go to Google. You can opt out of Google Analytics. We may share with On-Site when you apply. We will share if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

Do not track

We do not alter how the site collects or uses data when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser. We do not honor DNT as a separate switch. Contact the desk to access, correct, or delete.

Your rights

You may ask the desk for access, correction, or deletion of what we hold about you. If you are in the EEA you have further rights under applicable law. Write tours@liveriverline.com.

Data retention

When you give us personal information on the site, we keep it until you ask us to delete it. After deletion it may remain in archives for up to 30 days, then it is removed.

Minors

This site is not for people under 16. If you are under 16, ask a parent or guardian before you email the desk. We will not ask a minor for information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the footer is the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
